Savvas Georgiou heads up the firm’s Audit and Assurance, Financial Reporting and Tax
Compliance departments.
Savvas is a qualified chartered accountant and is a member of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of
Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) where he is an approved audit
signatory in Cyprus.
Prior to founding LSTS, Savvas worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) as a
Manager in both the Global Advisory and Audit and Assurance departments. He
was involved in statutory audits, financial reporting, group
restructuring and company advisory.
Savvas has also held a position as a Non-Executive Director and was a Board
Member of The Cooperative Central Bank for Social Employees (COOP)
