Theofanis Argyrou, ACA

Theofanis Argyrou heads up the firm’s corporate administration, banking, financial reporting and immigration services departments.

Theofanis is a qualified chartered accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) where he is an approved audit signatory in Cyprus

Prior to founding LSTS, Theofanis worked in Baker Tilly (UK) holding the position of Corporate finance executive and was involved in statutory audits and financial reporting, due diligence assignments, asset valuations and initial public offerings.
